Plans for Online Meditation Program - please help
Would you like to learn how to meditate but not sure how to start?
Do you meditate already but want some regular inspiration to keep you going?
I am using my 40 years experience of personal Yoga and Meditation practice to design an online meditation program. It'll be suitable for people who have never meditated and want to get started and for meditators who would like regular inspiration via a membership site. So you could relax and meditate in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you.

The program will start with 7 weekly webinars to get you started. There'll be lots of information and guided meditations to enjoy. The program continues with new content every month to keep you inspired.

1. a video introducing the topic
b. a spiritual or self development exercise for you to practice
c. one short and one longer guided meditation.
You could listen to and watch these at any time and anywhere that suits you.
